Helpful tips and exercises to improve vision

The eye is the most complex and sensitive organ of sense. Many times at effort, grief, drops or accidents followed by head injuries the eyes are affected. We can notice hematoma around the eyes swollen and bruising eyelids and sometimes even bleedings and hematoma of the eyes can occur.

There are of course a lot of drugs and therapeutic methods but bellow there are presented some simple but very effective exercises and tips to improve vision.

Watching out the window – this exercise is the more recommended if your job or the activities you practice every day ask you to stay for a long time in front of the computer. All you have to do is to take from time to time a little break and to watch out the window (try first to fix with your eyes the nearest objects you can see and then the farthest). Another advantage of this exercise it that the natural light helps the eye muscles to relax.

Massage with the help of your palms – before this type of massage rub for a minute the palms for warming them. After that lead the palms over the closed eyes and keep them like that for 10 to 30 seconds. This massage is efficient because the dark and the warm of the palms relax the eyes. This exercise can be repeated 2 or 3 times a day.

Concentrate and move the eyes – this exercise has not only the role of relaxing the eyes muscles but also to “coach” your eyes. Thus, try to fix with your eyes the nearest point and look at that point for a few seconds. Then move the focus point on the earth for five seconds. Fix then the farthest point and repeat the exercise as before. Repeat this exercise several times.

An exercise for total relaxing – hold the feet apart, the knees slightly bent and arms at your sides. It is very important that eyes are open all this time. Specialists say that this exercise is very good to relax and to improve your eyes.

Water jets – this exercise consist in splashing your eyes in the morning with warm water and with cold water in the evening for improving the circulation. As that this exercise gives the waited results it is also very good to try to remove daily the chair you sit when watching TV with 1 meter and to sleep 7-8 hours a day.

These are just few helpful exercises to improve your vision but it’s also important to have a good alimentation and the vitamins your eyes need.
